Frank J. Wabiszewski, Jr., RRC, a leader in Building Enclosure Consulting, has over 25 years of experience in waterproofing consulting and concrete repair, along with 12 years in roof consulting. His extensive background includes quality assurance and project management across these fields. Frank began his career in construction as a laborer, transitioned into sales, then quality assurance, and ultimately became a consultant. This comprehensive journey gives him a well-rounded perspective on building construction and repair.
Frank has personally designed, assessed, and repaired leaks in well over 100 structures, including roofs, parking structures, subway tunnels, dams, power plants, sewage treatment facilities, tanks, and podiums.
Mr. Wabiszewski is a Registered Roofing Consultant (RRC) with the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC). He now applies his vast knowledge to design, quality assurance, and forensics in all types of watertight structures.
